Tri-County Public
School is a small, PreK-12 school located in the northwest Minnesota
town of Karlstad. The district includes the communities of Halma, Lake
Bronson, Karlstad, and Strandquist. With a student body of approximately
220 students, every student enjoys a more personalized one-on-one
education, small classroom sizes, a large selection of electives,
college-credit classes, and the ability to participate in almost every
available activity (subject to academic eligibility). We strive to
enhance each student to their fullest potential!

In an attempt to
increase access for those children who might not otherwise
receive dental care, the Karlstad Dental Clinic will be participating
in a special day of access. This special event is called “Give
Kids a Smile” and dentists across Minnesota will be providing
free dental care to low-income families. This
special clinic will be held on Friday, February 3rd
from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our thanks and appreciation go out to Dr. Jane Gracza and her dental staff for offering their services to “Give Kids a Smile” Day in Kittson County. |

Lifetouch Picture Day will be on February 3, 2012. Lifetouch will donate $2 per picture taken to the yearbook to help with production costs so we ask all students to get a picture taken, even if not ordering pictures. If you would like to order pictures online, the website is: www.mylifetouch.com. The picture id is ND111655Y0. It will be available 2 weeks before picture day and 48 hours after picture day. You can also order by sending the picture packet along with payment with your child on picture day. Click here to download a picture order form.
Genesis has changed their name to Synergy! Synergy is the EXACT same as Genesis and all Genesis logins will continue to work with Synergy. Synergy is the grading program used at Tri-County School. If you have not yet signed up for what used to be called Genesis or for Synergy, you may contact Heidi at Tri-County School to receive your activation code.
