Transportation Director
Tri-County School is seeking a Transportation Director. Duties of this position include:

 • Organize bus routes
 • Basic mechanic work on all school vehicles.
 • check on up to date data on bus drivers
 • File all paperwork with the State of Minnesota
 • Handle discipline of Students on routes
 • Hire substitutes of bus drivers
 • Organize transportation for teachers and extra curricular
 • Check weather conditions and check bus routes to determine if school should go as scheduled.
 • Responsible for communication of transportation to office and staff.
 • Make sure all vehicles meet State Standards.
 • Make sure drivers have all their training each year.
 • Any other duties assigned by administration

7-12th Grade Choral & Elementary Music Teacher

Elementary Special Education Teacher
Tri-County School is seeking a Special Education teacher K-6 beginning the school year 2022-2023. Current LD, EBD, DD, ABS or ASD licensure preferred or the ability to obtain MN Licensure. Candidates should have the ability to work as a team in planning and teaching to create a positive learning environment, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bus Driver
Tri-County Schools in Karlstad, MN is seeking route Bus Drivers for the current school year.  Extra-curricular driving opportunities will also be available.  Duty times are approximately from 6:30-8:15 am and 2:45-4:30 pm.  Individual AM and PM routes available. Interested applicants should possess a Class B license or be willing to start the process upon being hired.  Applicants must also have the ability to pass a DOT physical.  The District will assist with obtaining the proper endorsement.

Paraprofessional
Tri-County School in Karlstad is seeking Paraprofessionals for the 2022-23 school year. Preferred qualifications are 60 college credits OR an Associate's Degree (AA). However, the successful applicant can also take an aptitude test to meet educational requirements. Duties will include a mix of student supervision and academic support.
