About Mrs. Hanson
I graduated from FIU with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, a Master's degree in Elementary Education, and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. I taught in Homestead, FL, for seven years before moving to Stephen in 2006. Since coming to Tri-County, I've taught 7-8 Special Education, K-6 Title I, 3rd grade, 6-12 Special Education, and now K-6 Special Education. I've coached Softball, advised Close Up, and been Dean of Students.
I grew up in Indiana. I am married to Jason, who is a farmer. I have three sons, a daughter, and one grandson. Caleb lives in Grand Forks with his wife and son. He works in welding and is a Staff Sergeant in the Army Reserves. Megan lives in Rochester with her husband. They both work for Mayo Hospital. Shane lives in Grand Forks. He works for the railroad and is a Specialist in the Army Reserves. Andrew lives in Stephen and works on the family farm.
